This year’s new-look BPM Show, organised for the first time by Pete Williams of MDJN, promised an event targeted solely at DJs and that is certainly what it delivered. Obviously, this made for a significantly smaller show floor, but it also meant that all of the exhibitors were demonstrating products that were aimed squarely at mobile DJs. BPM 2018 took place over the weekend of Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st of October at the Cranmore Park Conference Centre in Solihull.

Proving that there is demand for a dedicated mobile DJ trade show, the event was well-attended on both days and had a great atmosphere throughout. Mindset coach Jon holder presented a variety of sessions across both days while other speakers sharing ideas and advice included alan marshall, robin Kershaw, richard lee, fabio capozzi, terry lewis and martin keogh the play@bpm stage humpter provided aspiring djs a chance to play a set and even also featured a live sax performance from the fantastic ellie sax
